Subscription Plan:

The Premium Annual Plan for Story Duniya App is available at a cost of ₹999 in India and $59.99 out side of India per year. By subscribing to this plan, you will have unlimited access to the entire library of animated books for the duration of your subscription.

Subscription Renewal:

The Premium Annual Plan will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment for the renewal will be charged to the iTunes or Google Play account used to make the initial purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that no refunds or prorated reimbursements will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Yogi Technolabs Private Limited's does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Yogi Technolabs Private Limited's, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

The Premium Annual Plan is intended for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to others. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of the app's content may result in the termination of your subscription without a refund.

All content available on the Story Duniya App, including but not limited to books, animations, graphics, and text, is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of Story Duniya or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app's content without prior written permission.

Age Restriction:

The Story Duniya App and the Premium Annual Plan are intended for users aged 12 and under. By subscribing to the plan, you confirm that you are either the parent or legal guardian of the child using the app.

Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to the app's Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

Modifications:

Story Duniya reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app and subscription after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
