These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Story Duniya's website, located at https://storyduniya.com/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Story Duniya if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The Website Owner, including subsidiaries and affiliates ("Website" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides the information contained on the website to visitors ("you" or "your") subject to the terms and conditions set out here, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices.

The term 'Yogi Technolabs Private Limited' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered/operational office is D/94 Shivanand Bunglows, Jashodanagar, Ahmedabad. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

You may access this from Story Duniya for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Subscription Plan

The Premium Annual Plan for Story Duniya App is available at a cost of ₹999 in India and $59.99 outside of India per year. By subscribing to this plan, you will have unlimited access to the entire library of animated books for the duration of your subscription.

Limited-Time Promotional Offer (24 March – 31 March 2026)

Story Duniya offered a limited-time promotional campaign applicable on the purchase of the Premium Annual Plan during the offer period.

1. Offer Period

This promotional offer was valid from 24th March 2026 to 31st March 2026 (11:59 PM IST). Purchases made outside this period were not eligible.

2. Eligibility

  • This offer was applicable only on annual subscription purchases.
  • Each successful purchase during the offer period was considered as one valid entry.

3. Prize & Winner Selection

  • Eligible users were automatically entered into a selection process.
  • Participants got a chance to win prizes such as Miko Robot, Bicycle, and other gifts.
  • Prizes were not guaranteed and were only awarded to selected winners.
  • Winners were selected through a random selection process.

4. Winner Announcement

  • Winners were announced within 7 days after the offer ended.
  • Winners were notified via registered email, mobile number, or in-app notification.

5. Reward Delivery

  • Winners must provide valid delivery details.
  • Rewards were delivered within 30 days after confirmation.
  • Story Duniya is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.

6. General Conditions

  • Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Cancelled or refunded subscriptions were not eligible.
  • Story Duniya reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
  • Any fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.

Subscription Renewal

The Premium Annual Plan will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment for the renewal will be charged to the iTunes or Google Play account used to make the initial purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds

At Story Duniya, refund eligibility depends entirely on the platform through which your subscription was purchased. Story Duniya can only issue refunds for payments made directly through our website (Razorpay). All Play Store and App Store purchases are controlled by Google and Apple respectively.

1. Direct Payments Through Razorpay (Story Duniya Website Only)

The following refund rules apply only to subscriptions purchased directly through Razorpay on our website:

  • Yearly Subscription: Refund available within 14 days of purchase.
  • Monthly Subscription: Refund available within 3 days of purchase.
  • Weekly Subscription: No refund available.

Usage Limit: Refunds may require that the user has not consumed more than 20% of the total content during the refund window.

2. Purchases Through Google Play Store (Android)

If the subscription was purchased via Google Play Store, refunds are handled only by Google. Story Duniya cannot issue refunds for Play Store transactions.

How to Request a Refund (Google Play)

  1. Visit: https://play.google.com/store/account
  2. Go to Order History
  3. Select Story Duniya Subscription
  4. Tap Request a refund

How to Cancel (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play
  2. Profile → Payments & Subscriptions
  3. Select Story Duniya
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

3. Purchases Through Apple App Store (iOS)

If purchased through the Apple App Store, refunds are managed exclusively by Apple. Developers are not allowed to process refunds directly.

How to Request a Refund (Apple)

  1. Visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Select Story Duniya
  4. Choose Request a refund

How to Cancel (Apple)

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
  3. Select Story Duniya
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

4. Important Notes

  • Refunds for Google Play and Apple App Store purchases are entirely controlled by those platforms.
  • Story Duniya does not store or manage any card/bank information for Play Store or App Store subscriptions.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically request a refund.
  • Refund eligibility for Razorpay payments may be declined if usage exceeds 20% of available content.

Personal Use

The Premium Annual Plan is intended for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to others. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of the app's content may result in the termination of your subscription without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Story Duniya App, including but not limited to books, animations, graphics, and text, is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of Story Duniya or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app's content without prior written permission.

Age Restriction

The Story Duniya App and the Premium Annual Plan are intended for users aged 12 and under. By subscribing to the plan, you confirm that you are either the parent or legal guardian of the child using the app.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following organizations may link to our website/app without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directory distributors. These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link is not in any way deceptive and does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement.

iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our web pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website/app.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website/app. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your website/app. No link(s) should appear on any website/app that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes any third-party rights.

Modifications

Story Duniya reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app and subscription after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website/app and the use of this website/app. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website.
